Refined Wizard Hat

2 days ago i bought top hat for my toon on chronos. now with this transfer i want to transfer my toon to magmeld with my shiny new top hat but now u say i cant move my hat?? what the...

i need an explanation about this, u say all the items u wear can be transfered, but now i can move my hat?? nosense!!

if i cant use my hat i demand a refund. this is a scam or what?

not going to get it. nobody gets refunds. for anything.

i wasted 150$ on server transfers, and then they merged servers, i didnt get my money back.

people with 8 yrs old accounts are hacked and they dont get their money back.
