Why didn't they just make the "quest" to get the bracelet and summon that annoying fairy restricted to like at least level 20? then we wouldn't have several hundred afk characters at talking island teleport and around other areas, I mean cmon, it couldn't of been that hard for them to figure out or do could it?

For the 100th time, NCWest cannot alter anything to the game files. They only can, with the blessing NCSoft/East, stop an event.

Regardless of who does it, the question still applies, or should I add on, why couldn't they request the change or the devs have the head to simply of done it them self, it baffles me.

because this event is copy and pasted from korea with zero localization or westernization (ncwest's job, to the point). Koreans don't let all of greece play for free like ncwest does, so they didn't have this problem.

Add that the koreaans can only have 1 account per person and dont have the computer power not internet to open 5 boxes like every western person. (im excluding bots in this)

I'm confused... Korean's don't have the computer power or internet to open and maintain 5 boxes "like every western person"? Find me a western country with a better internet infrastructure than Korea, or cheaper computer components, as to make this statement true.
You do realize that most 'western' countries are way far behind what the average internet connection is in Korea, don't you?
