NCSoft....here an idea......Get rid of the **** new accts made on the Chronos server since the update so that the ones that have PAID to play on that server with their clan can be with their clannies on siege day. DO NOT Offer a free server transfer (that means it voluntary).....i say ,,,MOVE ALL NEW ACCTS MADE SINCE NOV 30TH 2011 OFF TO A SERVER OF THEIR OWN...PERIOD. THIS Past TW ( Jan 14th 2012)....i couldnt log in for 2 hours prior to the start and didnt get in till 30 mins into the TW....this is just plain riduiculous and many many ppl in my clan are so frustrated from the lag, not being able to log in, shots not working and a host of other things.......that we are thinking about QUITTING L2 after 7 years cuz you wont step up and do what is right by the people who kept this game going for the past 7 years........GIVE US BACK OUR SERVER
The lag.. I can deal with that to an extent.. The noobs I can also deal with..
But I really think it is unacceptable to change the server time on THE North American server.

Idk if u know but u must say that to the important ppl, making this post here doesnt mean that they actually see it... i think u wont get nothing from this post seriously, and if u are going to leave, like the other guy sayd, give me your gear :PP...

Some people just don't care about forums, y'know? I joined the game one year before I decided to join the forums, for example. My oldest char is from January, 2006.
i dont play on chronos but this is just insulting to me.....
there is a reason why this game went to f2p (more people to milk money from)
However Ncsoft just didnt make the right calculation before turning from p2p to f2p on server capacity.
They just need a week or so to shut down for the game to re-work on the server data. well... at least thats my opinion.
My hubby & I started playing Lineage II in the beta phase and bought the game the day it came out and have paid $14.99 a month each to play the great game that it was before it went free. We've played on Chronos and enjoy our characters and playing them together very much with a lot of adventure, gold and fun invested in each one; but since this free Lineage we have huge difficulty getting in at all, let alone both at the same time.
Lineage definitely needs more server power and fast; the game will be losing it's old faithful player base and after some new fascination comes out or goes free - this new infatuation will draw the noobs. Some big games have crashed down lately - Wow, Star Wars Galaxies - those due to hacking but L2 could lose their player base if they are not careful.
I have nothing against new people playing the game and I've discovered if you bother to talk to them that many of them are from WOW. What I have HUGE problems with is that my family has invested roughly $1,800 in L2 - that's $30 for 2 persons for 12 months by five years. I'm not exactly sure anymore of the starting date but I have a 5-year birthday cake hat so I know it's 5 years at least. I am totally insulted and enraged that I now cannot even get to my characters.
Starting new servers(multiple) for new players would be good or just in general adding enough server base that everyone can play. Are they bumping people off who are AFK after a certain time period? They should because I think it's so hard now to log in that once you get there you don't want to log out - even with other things to do. One day I put L2 on task bar and watched a movie and came back in and played awhile. This certainly would jam the servers if everyone is doing it.
Now let me copy/paste this rant over to the dev thread where maybe someone will listen and change something. I am off playing Guild Wars mostly now, and SWTOR and will absolutely be lost for awhile in D3. But I hate to lose Lineage entirely like this .... no ... no ... not like this! And Oh for ppls information.....when they referred to my Forum signup date....thats only my forum signup...thats not my Official Game start date.....my start date is 6/13/2004 for my oldest character...i started on Erica merged to Sayha, now Chronos.....and this isnt my only acct....i have 4 accts ( the youngest acct being from 2006)....i have invest $6000.00 since the start and i want my server back so i can be with the ppl i have played with and in clan with the entire time...i dont think this is too much to ask for......and i know there is alot of ppl out there that agree with me....so go ahead and say im *****ing, moaning,complaining, QQing....IDC....TBH....i am...and i want NCSoft to see it and realize ppl are getting upset....i really dont want to quit but the way things are going with not being able to log in, shots not working ( after a simple weekly Maint) and there a host of other problems going on......whats a person suppose to do....im in the 2nd biggest clan on the Chronos server and we all so tired of not being able to play...we all gonna quit and go to some other NON NCSoft game......i ask......IS THIS FAIR TO DO TO THE PPL THAT HAVE KEPT THIS GAME GOING FOR AS LONG AS IT HAS ? ( and its not just me and my clan) Why cant NCSoft show a lil appreciation to the long time DEDICATED players ? Why cant NCSoft hire competent ppl ? Yaeh sure i had a few complaints back when it was Pay to Pay....but i could/did live with em and now if things could go back to the way they were before ( like actually being able to get hold of support and being able to log in)...i would GLADLY go back to paying for the Game...all i want is an enjoyable, peaceful, easygoing and fun game again. I dont leave now due to all the friends ive made here from all over the world but if thngs dont change and pretty **** soon......400+ toons from clan and ally going bye bye......ARE YA HEARING THIS NCSOFT?, DO YA CARE?.....LIKE I SAID WHEN I STARTED THIS POST......GIVE US BACK OUR SERVER!!!
