I'm a tad confused by your post. Are you transferring when server transfers open, or are you rerolling to this server and what you stated earlier are your clan stats at the moment and reqs to join?
I see that you have 87+ recruiting, but what if we wanted to start from your academy, and then work our way into the clan? Would that work?
What classes are you guys looking for? I normally have played sws. I used to play SR, but that was way back on Lionna. Good old days of prelude to c3/4. I have mainly stayed with sws since then playing on and off from privates. Some experience playing a dagger, but I must learn it to be a better player.
Anyways, I hope you guys can answer some of my questions. I was thinking of rerolling and starting anew when I have some free time. Thanks

Our status and character history:
We are already 88+ and transferred to Magmeld. All of which are newly made (2 months old) characters originally from Chronos
Recruiting methods and academy:
Recruiting on a case by case basis. We will take people to main clan from the academy if they are planning on playing at our activity level. I.E. 1-86 in a 5-7 days. Otherwise people can use vent, get into the culture but need to be Awakened before tagging up.
We're small and the last thing I plan to do is invite players who are destined to fail because they are too far behind the rest of the clan.
Classes needed:
We're recruiting all classes if they exude excellence. At the same time, I'll recruit around playtimes and needed classes so parties can be made naturally. Inevitably tanks and healers are in highest demand.
It would have been fun joining this clan, but I cannot keep up with your activity. 1-86 in a week? I am at school+work+social life. I played this game before to enjoy and have fun. I also refuse to purchase those Rune packs that give a boost for exp. I would have rather paid for the game, but that is no longer a possibility. I wish you guys the best of luck. The fact that they jumped ship from Chronos/Naia to join a smaller server like Magmeld speaks volumes about their playstyle. Chronos and Magmeld was too full of veteran players. Magmeld is full of newer, more inexperienced players. Their goal? Wreck the newbies!

Care to elaborate on what server we affected your game play to the point where you create posts with such animosity?
Also, you just made the most overused irrelevant claim in the history of high end clans. Only players who can't compete make this claim because there's nothing else they can say. "They quit once others catch up!!!" We quit because you didn't catch up.
I stated very clearly why we started on Chronos. NCsoft thought it would be wise to announce new servers the day before GoD released. Our characters were started on a 7 year old server less than 2 months ago. We'd be on Shilen if they planned accordingly. So yes we did have a headstart and a more stable economy to work with. However we are by no means lvl 93+ with full subs and billions of adena.
P.S. We moved to private servers to get away from farmers/bot programs. Interesting that they can keep them off those servers but not retail.

Hm. That seems understandable. Now, just a couple more questions from me if you don't mind. This is mainly a USA timezone clan right? I can tell that you are mainly PvP oriented, which is a great plus for me. Now, how does craft system work? Is there clan craft, or do we do all that on our own? I know that won't be an issue until post lvl 85, but still that's a legit question to me. How does epic system work? Is it handed through CP system? I've got a few more questions, but I am sure they will be answered as I start playing.
Ill upgrade to GOD tonight, and hopefully see you guys in game. I would still like to join acad for now until 75+ and work my way up into Guards then into clan. I don't mind hard work. It's just that I do not want it to go in vain. See you guys in game.

Zerg vs a handful, the handful are good enough to slowly overtake the zerg and then eventually become the zerg. Such zerg eventually breaks due to idiotic feuding and the cycle of life repeats itself.
Eventually serrver settles down and becomes boring because a super zerg forms that is nearly impossible for a new clan to stop.

you speak the truth but nonetheless there is at least a 2 way war between the 2 super zergs you speak of and always a 3rd trying to become known making it a triangle pvp. if you only have 1 ubar zerg which just dominated the whole server, what is the incentive of playing this pvp game lol.

I usually don't jump into this kind of thing but I'm amazed at how many people brag and let idiotic words slip out of their mouths. You act as if most people coming back to the game or starting the game had that much of a head start. Some people just know how to play lineage 2 and aren't complete private server trash (90% of the new servers).
You will always be a non-factor and will continue to be one because of your attitude and pure laziness. You act like them playing on a different server that is ruled by level 95+ gives them an advantage to things.... Learn to play and man the **** up and stop being so lazy. L2 has always been about keeping up and that is clearly something none of you can seem to do. So until you can do that keep ze mouth closed.

BTW, I don't even play on Magmeld, its a scrub server and even more so now with the transfer thing. Honestly really feel bad for anyone who continued playing here, I changed servers early on :D.

2. This server is much easier to progress on then Chronoso/Naia when you don't have 200+ man alliances pking/griefing at all good GoD exp spots.
3. Players that started on Magmeld are higher level than us/many of the transfers.
4. The game went f2p well before any of the new servers were announced. Therefore blame NCsoft for their poor marketing.
5. Any other uninformed comments you'd like to make?

So many opportunities of actually having a chance to win in a server sprung into existence when ncsoft made server transfers possible, and knowing it was your only hope of winning, despite easier competition, you took it. I dont know about you, but I knew with over a week of anticipation that there was gonna be a new server as soon as it went F2P. People joined Shilen originally for your information, but when the quest areas and dailies started getting impossible to do due to the amount of people, Magmeld was announced only days after the launch, so the higher lvl peeps at Shilen stayed while the lower lvl ones moved cause honestly, I did 1-40 @ Shilen in like 7 hours compared to the 3 it took me to do here without any mentor.
People started being mentored after weeks of the new update, so yeah, there is an advantage you guys have had, and it's not a small one. Lineage 2 is all about the gear, and in a minor way, the levels and skills. You came with all 3 of those factors in your favor.
Dont put yourself at the same level as the regular Magmeld peeps, cause only a month ago, the peeps youre pvping with didnt even have third class.
I respect your capabilities since Ive played against you in some private servers, but I absolutely despise the way you handle discussions on forums, calling everybody a lier when youre not being honest yourself.
I know Genocide will be a factor cause that's how you decide to play and that's fine, but dont act like the victim when you get zerged/********ed, you caused it with your neverending brag posts.
Just admit you came to fight smaller clans, since you dont have the numbers or the organization to fight zergs at Chronos. There's nothing wrong in admitting that. Im a non factor (for now) expressing my opinion on what should be the way to handle this discussion, which is NOT the way either you, FO or Limitless is doing it. None of you has accomplished anything yet, give the server time, cause honestly, this is not a private server where you will win some epics/castles/heroes and get out, get those heroes and castles and defend them for a year like pro clans did, and you will then be able to claim you are someone.

I just look at server transfers as motivation to level more. I wasn't really thrilled at first, but it really doesn't effect me yet as far as levelling my self goes.
Yeah ncsoft may have effed up by allowing the transfers to a new server but meh- suck it up and compete to be the top teir or QQ like a boss and rage quit. Everytime someone kicks my ***** in pvp I just go back out and try to grind for more exp. Only way to be top teir is to work for it :/
As far as the full set up on epics and gear goes, it just makes me uber jelly :(

Well, I guess most "ppl on magmeld who complain" complain towards NCSoft, not necessarily the players who take advantage of the companys shortcomings.
IMO, not starting on a new server with everyone else is also a way to dodge competition. Or, it was stupidity that would lead anyone to start on naia/chronos right before new servers would open up, even if it went f2p before the servers went up. I know on private servers, I heard from some friends that new servers would open up before naia/chronos went f2p, but I guess not everyone heard the same info.
Just be honest, l2 gamers nowadays (heh maybe back then too) are always searching for a way to increase e-p e en size, earn some bragging rights by being top dog, and it doesn't matter how they get there, whether it is by choosing less competition and a better playing field, or with money. This is just a sad time for the world of gaming, where marketers orient their games more towards casual gamers, usually kids or lazy people who play just to feel better about themselves (and will pay money to get to the top) rather than care about playing the game "fairly".

With our 1 party and the 2-3 in DV that makes 4 groups. We had no intentions of growing larger than 4 when agreeing to merge.

Understand people join your clan and leave in no more than a week because you guys are pathetic even compared to any other smaller clans in server.

TBH I see same ppl entering and leaving Genocide clan, so I'd say you're wrong :) nowadays everywhere you look there is DV, it became a big zerg and it's bad for server health (even a random guy like me can see it). I hope there will be some new good clans that will grow with power and/or Genocide will recruit more ppl to make things interesting.
To eliyah's point I'm surprised we're only 6th for most members left. We have a few parties who join us on siege weekends and then leave since they get zerged at exp spots with 6+ wars. BeMyGuest, don't be misled by what pure statistics tell you.
What is even going on here? A bunch of new DV recruits trying to defend their honor and living in denial that they were taken into clan for another reason than being pure meat shields?
We're not growing because we want to be a big clan. We're growing because DV doesn't know how to keep server balance and despite being the strongest clan, continued to recruit with floodgates open.

This clan talks a big game, but unfortunately is filled with nothing but botters. There may be 2, perhaps 3 of them that're actually good at this game, but I wouldn't hold your breath as far as them being "factors". It usually goes a little something like this;

>Holy ****, it's Genocide! I've heard so much about these guys. This is going to be amazing!
>Genocide bots hard to the top, talks a lot of ****.
>Everyone starts to catch up, PVP intensifies, Genocide leaves due to "lack of competition".

The fact that they jumped ship from Chronos/Naia to join a smaller server like Magmeld speaks volumes about their playstyle. Chronos and Magmeld was too full of veteran players. Magmeld is full of newer, more inexperienced players. Their goal? Wreck the newbies!

Population made out of mostly Private Server, lol X rates with player stats/skills and mobs mostly consisting of guesswork or whatever the Private Server Owner felt like having on that particularly day (after the customary i'm drunk and stoned routine)
Why move?
1. To show these noobies what lineage 2 retail is all about.
2. After devoting 7 years of their life to a game...that need to unleash the inner 'pwn' that was kept in check on Chronos.
Why did NCSoft allow the Transfers?
