Plans on what server transfers will be available in the future are not yet decided, but that also means there won't necessarily be any restrictions. When account services (including server transfers) re-open, we will have more details about them.

Ok well thank you for answering. I'm not trying to imply that the rest of you don't work toward the common goal or that you're not trying to fix things, it'd just be nice to know if there is a single entity upon which to unleash our collective ire over the Chronos poll and the ***** patch that has the server hamster near death.
