I beg to differ. In many other F2P games, the CS items are tradeable. For example in any game, that gpotato publishes.
I think it's a nice option for "poor" players to still get their hands on some of the CS items and for the richer players to make some ingame money without having to grind too much (even in Rappelz, which is pretty much a L2 clone with pets).
I think the best solution to this would be to be able to trade "items & consumables" you buy in L2Store. I don't support buying stuff with real life currency and selling it for adena, so it is indeed a good fix.. but a refund should be at place for guys like these, just my opinion though.

People who come from Innova eu servers back to NCWest servers are very surprised and confused by this bans because reselling some L2Store Items(runes of exp, consumables) by adena allowed by Innova on its servers.

Actually THIS IS RMT BY BOTS. How you think a lot of (both old & new) players end up with so much money as they have? Okay some are legit, but I bet at least half of those players have bought adena out-of-game and a lot are using bots to farm levels 1-43 a dozen times a day to make some easy money (4M per char, 10 boxes, 10 times a day - 400M a day, not bad...).
So I agree with NC making ALL cash shop items account bound. I actually wish more MMOs out there would do the same...
About money... I'm an old player, 100% legit and I have about 100M cash, some armor sets and only 3 major boss jewels (sadly, not Baium, Antharas or Valakas). And I've been playing a WS since day #1...

Does this only apply to new packs? I have some packs from before that I was able to trade earlier this week. I know once you open the packs they are not trade able but if you don't open them they were in the past.

Not for the players that may think this as a way to ''rmt'' adena(buying from Ncest and sell to players)because it is much much cheaper to rmt in real!
But for all the players that do buy let's say destiny packs because of certain item and get so many other items worthless for their toon,in reality they pay much more expensive the certain item since all other items of pack are useless to them.By been able to trade them,their real money they paid would make more sense,also,adena making for r grade players is a real issue.

Enchant Weapon R grade of Destruction aka DEWR is used for weapon enchantment and in case the enchantment fail you retain the already applied enchants.
So your weapon wont be crystallized or lose all the enchantments on that current weapon if the enchant fails to increase.
I purchase items on one account, so that I don't have tons of nc coins spread across several accounts etc, and then redistribute the items to whichever alt I'm playing at the time, or to friends and mentees to help them level, etc etc.
Now I can't even do that, I'm not going to make any more purchases at all from NCStore in fact, because I cannot trust that the descriptions I read are accurate, or will remain accurate for any amount of time.
I have never made a profit at all from items purchased in the NCStore, other than to simply save myself some adena for consumables and the like, or to provide some level of convenience (my teleport flags at my common hunting grounds etc.).
Also I have several friends who simply cannot purchase items from ncstore, one is simply too young to do so, he has no paypal or credit card and his parents won't let him have either, and hes a good kid that enjoys playng the game. The other has a family of five to support and lives paycheck to paycheck as many do these days, he doesn't end up with enough left over to buy pixels.
Both these individuals were willing to spend a little more time earning adena in game to purchase things like weightless shots and exp runes, but now they simply can't.
Where the NCStore should have been an extension of the in-game economy, it is now a matter of rich getting richer and poor getting poorer.
People with extra money to spend can level faster for longer and save adena for gear upgrades instead of spending them on consumables, while those who don't have the extra ready get left behind.
I've seen several times now where constant groups of friends left one or two of their own group so far behind that those few stopped playing, or couldn't even party with each other anymore.
It's all quite sad really, and seems to me to be a cop out. "Its to stop RMT" actually means "It's to make everyone buy stuff with real money, not adena"
I think the entire deal is shady and underhanded, and the bottom line is that NC simply cannot be trusted.

100% agreed. Some of us dualbox and spent money on ncoins on one account Now our 2nd account cant even benefit because we cant trade jack ****.
And im 100% for buying ncoin items to sell to players ingame it supports NCsoft and helps you get adena for other things you may need. It surely is not the same as purchasing adena from a gold farmer website.

Let me just address your post. You bought about 100 of each, to trade for adena? In the exact same paragraph you complain about gold spammers and RMTer's, yet you yourself admitted to RMTing "legitly" through NCSoft.
Now let me address the title of your post.
If you had read previous statements by NC you'd have found out that their intention was not to make it so that you could make adena off the things you bought from the store/galleria, which is why all of the promotional items are untradeable/undroppable.
Because people are making money off the mysterious SS it makes it so that crafting SS is useless and therefore people that ACTUALLY play the game legit and craft it can no longer profit from it because someone is going to sell packs of 10k and because SS lower then R grade from those packs have no weight people will buy and buy and buy because it takes 1 invt slot and weighs nothing so they can hold an infinite number of it.
So only the people that actually pay real money for SS can have that SS, which makes perfect sense. If you stockpiled it on one char then I suggest you just trade it back to your main through the dimensional merchant as intended.
Maybe ncwest income is not from l2 store :) because anyone can see, their actions, lately, helps farmers/botter to sell MORE and MORE... If you make l2 store items untradeable, practicaly, players with money will buy adena from farmers to can buy gear for their toon. Good job ncwest to help RMT more... or maybe ncwest control most of them, that's why noone is taking them out of the game, who knows?
For me, is very hard to understand that they cant control 6k players online. How hard can be, when you get a lot of petitions/reports from players? Oh, they need to investigate 2-3 weeks for 1 bot, but they need 30 mins to take a decision to make l2 store items untradeable. Cool, right?
