I cant use the Ncstore(ncoins) for 2weeks
wt i experience is i really need the runes to level
however, i am not able to purchase them
If u dont let players purchase stuff, wts the point of setting up NCstore
if Ncstore is useless y u need to set high exp requirement for leveling?
u probably increase VP limits or extra exp boost for free
i know u got lots of issue dealing with the lights but the matter is u cant fix an issue and occur another one
i dont need compensation what i need is logical things
how can u earn money with the truly free game without the in-game store
if u do plz tell me how

at 82, 3 years ago, it was more like 0.1% an hour deep in hellbound (not the fancy titan + 83 skills aoe they started doing after i quit -.-)

you can earn ingame money(adena) by killing mobs, getting loot and selling it to shop/other players.

Other players are not having problems using NCoin to purchase from the stores, so it sounds like this is an isolated issue. Please contact the support team (https://lineage2.custhelp.com/app/ask/) for assistance and clearly say what you are doing that causes the error and what the error message is exactly.
