CH Provisional BUG

BUG that prevent to bid by CH-Provsional

We informed you of this problem: If you already have a CH-Provisional does not allow bid again by another CH-Provisional, and renew the bid.

The restriction to prevent bid on a CH-Provsional should affect only the clans that have a CH-City, but not those with a CH-Provisional


We had CH-Provisional until 8 January when we lost the CH-Provisional by this problem that it prevented us bid again

We had about 80 people active in our clan 2 weeks ago when the Bug left us without CH-Provisional. We just have some few people now. (check and review your logs)

we have been without CH for 2 weeks and we have lost many members of the clan. We hope to have CH-Provisional again this Sunday and we would like some compensation from NCSoft.

+1 also is better when they get rip itself no penalty for clan

Working as intended.

According to a support ticket, the provisional halls are designed to allow you a single "ownership" period, so that the next round goes to another clan, then you can bid again for the period after that. So you can bid for "one-on, one-off" ownership.

The provisionals allow for more clans than usual to have the benefits of ownership, preventing clans from just locking them down week after week.

If you want continual benefits of a clan hall, it's time to bid for a "real" one or compete for a siegable clan hall.
