How do exp multipliers stack?

Vitality, mentor, and nevit 100%.

Let's say a base of 100 exp. Is it 100x2x2x2=800 or 100+100+100+100=400 or some weird combination?

vitallity and mentor stack together anyways so thats 400%.
50% and 100% can be stack together aswell so thats 550%.

200% exp rune (from s pack) and 100% exp rune cant be stacked together cuz of the same name.

but 200% can be stacked with 50% so you will have 650% (below lvl 86 ofc cuz u cant use the 200% rune when ur 86)
Base = 100%
Mentor = +100%
Vitality = +100%
Rune = +100%
100% * 4 = 400%

Don't get confused by the mention of "200%"... it shouldn't be stated as such due to the confusion it causes.

Example:

No Mentor, No Vitality, No Rune = 60,000 XP
Mentor, Vitality, 100% Rune = 240,000 XP

vitallity and mentor stack together anyways so thats 400%.

Vitality and Mentor is 300% total, not 400%. The absolutely only bonus that applies 200% XP is the S-Grade pack that was recently introduced.
Base = 100%
Mentor = +100%
Vitality = +100%
Rune = +100%
100% * 4 = 400%

Not true:
Base = 100%
Mentor = +200%
Vitality = +100%
Rune = +100%/+200%
Nevit = +50%
Total = 550%/650%

Vit+base+mentor = double exp than vit+base and considering that when vit is off you lose only 1/4 of the exp (tested on myself) => mentor is 200% and doesn't stack with vit.
