PMB and French legislation

Well, I heard recently about PMB using a peer2peer system.

In France, there's a legislation (HADOPI) which forbid us to use ANY p2p to share copyrighted files (with or without the right from the possessor). I didn't feared this before one of my friend got caught by this, and had an interdiction of using internet anymore, he can't even buy a connection to go to facebook, or google, and so on...

So, If I use PMB to share L2 files, which are i'm almost sure copyrighted, I may be caught too, and i'm affraid lose my right to access internet.
Do you really want to lose a whole country ? Even if a few get caught every years, they do...
I don't think there is a problem in this case were we got the copyrighted content owner encouraging you to share their files.
