What is this?

I haven't submitted any petitions, but this popped on my screen. The message doesn't really make sense. Seems suspicious.

Happens to me on one of my accounts every now and then.

Just ignore it as it is one of those weird, random client bugs that pops up once in a while, like the skill viewer window.

that is from ingame petition system, when you get a response you have to rate them, satisfied unsatisfied whatever. if you didnt submit any petition then i dont know, some random response came out from nowhere or someone petitioned you and they gave the answer to your name (happened before)

search for skill viewer.
this happens a fairly often.

usually while porting to a town, when there is lag.
