I am currently lvl 84 on my summoner and still are unable to learn 2 skills because they cost 100 million SP each. Will I be able to learn all of my awakened skills when I hit 85?

Level on PI and get your last few skills, you'll be fine for SP at 85. I maxed SP on my summoner and learned all skills just through levelling on PI.

As a new char, i maxed i maxed out SP being lvl 82, and i've learnt every possible skill. I lvled all the way till 85 in PI.

And as Yslock stated, when u awaken u get 5 SP Scrolls (100kk SP each), and skills are really cheap, 10kk each if i remember well), so don't worry about SP.
