I am not sure if this passive works as intended....
Superior Dagger Mastery
Increases STR+2 and P. Atk.+344 when a dagger is equipped. Also increases Atk. Spd.+25% and Vital Spot Attack Rate.+5% Depending on your STR, may reset your skill reuse timers or double your skill duration.
Should not give it +25% atk.speed when single dagger equiped ? all who I asked, says, that single dagger has +5% succes rate of blows, so it means, from reading this, it also should has +25% atk.speed increase, not?
if yes, its bug, because it did not change atk.speed at all :)

i learned this skill and it boosted my stats, then i learned dual dagger mastery and my stats w/ single dagger returned to normal. dual mastery overbuffs this passive maybe.

So, its bug, or just NCSoft want to have all daggers to have duals :) I do not like duals :(
