Oh i get straight to the point:
Event over...no more chances to get unbind scroll R, the Unbind R from campaign have the ridiculous under 5% chance to make full item from a bound item so my question is, NCSOFT, since u made the campaign scroll chance so ridiculous low, how do we unbound our R grades?
P.S: Stop designing game features while drunk/smoked....
