I have enchanted every skill that I have now up to +4 (all that will allow enchanting).
I have made it to lvl 82 FS planning to continue path to OR.
Reason for this was I read somewhere (possibly of here) that the more enchanted skills are before Awakening the more it will help with future skills after I loose the ones I have now. *As you may see, I am sort of confused about that but would like to know if it was a waste to do so or not. *

enchanted skills get you 4th class giant codexes after you awaken ( i believe the minimum for 1 4th class codex is +6 on second class skills and +4 on 3rd class skills). When you awaken the game calculates how many skill enchants you have, give you a proportionate number of items which you can then trade for codexes for 4th class skill enchanting at an npc at the relicary

All OE skills that are deleted when awakening are rewarded with awaken codex (forgot the names), and since old codex are cheaper then the new codex, it is worth OE before awaken
You will find that you gonna spend more money to oe 3rd class skillsthan the money you gonna make selling them, guessing that's the reason you want them due to is pointless and in most skull unavailable to oe them before well 95 lvl.
Also imo always pointless oe skills witch you gonna use killing mobs for what 1 month 76-85 lvl if you have mentor that's plenty time I guess.
