1. Looks like that got fixed yesterday (hopefully, very frustrating lately)
2. They have said MANY times they are working towards better ways of dealing with bots
3. Support works if you use the online forms, don't use in game
4. There are many ways in game to deal with it, NC soft will do nothing about it, it's part of the game
6. They realize that Pando Media Booster is a PoS program and delete it from their systems, then go back to what they were using or even use Torrenting (Cause at least torrenting people chose to help by sharing updates, instead of being forced to..)
7. Add more quests to do, 2-3 daily quests at 70+ is boring as hell.. They've got so much real estate in the game that they do absolutely nothing with.. Each expansion added more land to the game, yet you end up only going to like 1/10th of that land.. There are even areas in which its just completely empty, no monsters no nothing, this could be better utilized..

They have to be doing something correct... they make millions doing this "World Wide" according to their quarterly statements. Look at it this way, millions play NCSoft games... less than .01% complain. Those are pretty good numbers.
