Level up a character to level 40.
Upon reaching level 40, visit the Path to Awakening page and log in. You can do this without logging out of the game.
Select the server and character that reached level 40.
At the bottom of the page, click Claim Reward on the line for Level 40. Please note that characters that reached level 40 before Goddess of Destruction launched are not eligible to receive the Level 40 pack from the Path to Awakening.
In-game, take your level 40 character to a Dimensional Merchant NPC in any major town. They are listed on the town map for easy finding.
Talk to the Dimensional Merchant and click on Retrieve a Dimensional Item.
You will see a list of the items you claimed from the Path to Awakening. Click on the Mentee Certificate to retrieve it.

thats the official page and dosent say anything about transfering it to another char
in that description the lvl 40 claims it for selfuse

Claim it, with the wanted char, on dimensional merchant. Dont claim with alt.

Correct, you can not transfer a Mentee Certificate. Once you "claim" this reward it is "bound" to that character.

And I know many people who obtain R grade items by same method (90% top clan`s)

apparently you cant read properly

YES, it still works, but you have to claim the mentee cert on the char ur gonna use it on

Step 5-7 has to be done on your main (or whatever character you want to use the mentee certificate)!! ;)
