And ignore the bit about doing Baium.
That's it, honest. The bosses in ToI are a bit tough to kill mind - I was doing it with an 86 toon and still took ages. Especially the one on the 11th floor as that one removes buffs and kills MP on buffers.
Supplier of Reagents might be a pain in the *** but either you bear with it or you get your Subclass/Noblesse by Territory Wars ...
Plus you have the option of "gambling" with the temperature of the urn to get more moondust.
That way it only took me 40 moonstone shards to complete this particular quest whereas it could have taken as many as 100.
I was able to complete both quests in a day despite making a mistake with Fate's Whisper and selecting Baium rather than blood cloth at Hardin's Academy and having to start the quest all over again.
