You never wondered why all top B weapons are sold by players for around 60-70m ?
No, you cannot upgrade it from a lower weapon or buy from any NPC.

Edit: The cheapest Damascus I ever saw is sold right now in Aden for 55m. If you have that money, I would suggest you go now :)

Or, go to aden and buy all the B grade you want.

I have similar question, how to make A grade or S grade duals? i can buy a DLE for 20kk at luxury but cant buy a tallum blade anywhere. alsoI wont make a A grade duals, tallum blade*damascus cus damascus are top B expensive, and ofc NCS frakk us with no unidentified or bound cheap way to make duals.

Any tips?

Buy Standard tallums that are sold on AH cuz of the subclass quest and work to get a DLE standard :P or use the ones that are limited time and work your way to R grade

I was thinking about to craft an DMG axe since from a RB I got more than 13 DMG heads, so if I gather mats or make a dwarfy just to spoil the CBP/varnish/Iron/cokes etc, mby I can make a DMG or 2 is the matz come eazy sell one for profit and the otehr for the subclass quest and get a Tallum to make S grade duals with a DLE later, but if I get to awake or get high lvl and get good adena I will just buy the mats.

The problem is that in 1 week I will loose the free A grade and I will have to lvl up 8 lvls with a cheap bound MJ heavy with a sworw or blunt. I dont have too much time to play.
