Go with what you decide. I didn't learn minds eye cause it isn't as good as the skill it replaces, so I'll be getting the Focus so i can maintain max crit and higher attack speed all the time and not just for short intervals. Though I have been told by people that I was a complete moron and crit rate doesn't matter and i should do P.atk and only use skills and that crit rate doesn't affect skill crit rate. xD So yah to each their own.
I heard all kind of things about yul archer critical rate : some people say that focus SA is a waste since u reach the critical cap without it.
Some other say that u can't reach the cap without mindeye which has a long cooldown and that the damage SA is pretty useless...
So since i' m a dark elf,with lowbase critical, can someone give me some advice on the SA to adopt ?

If you're using REQUIEM EVENT weapons (those you get from diplomas), go to login menu > create character > lvl up to 40 > website Claim Reward > MAIN TOON claim ingame.
You get free 40 diplomas to get another bow.
2 weaps, or 3 if you bought the 1st one with the other 40 diplomas.
You can get each SA, and test it by yourself, free cost (and while ur lvling to 40, you join around 2kk adena)

Nice idea, but it would bother me to spend more than 22kk for each SA i want to test.
What about critical rate fully buffed without mind eyes ? Is it capped or not ?
Just thought i'd mention. As an Light Elf Yul archer. Fully buffed, using the Requiem event bow with a Focus SA and having Assasin type Immortal leather set. I have 496 crit rate. Honestly from what i can tell the stats being differnt... you really wouldn't be that much of a crit rate differnt... gonna take a guess at you'd have a crit rate in the 470s... Due to the slight amount less dex and you not having the +15 crit rate racial passive that light elves have. Just an FYI it wouldn't cost you 22mil to put an SA on each of the bows. It only takes 2 R gems and the gem, you can find each of the gems for like 4 mil and the R Gems are 1.2mil each when you buy them with Mammon guys and not get ripped off my other people. So it total 6.4mil approx. And if it's something you are really stuck on it might be something worse spending money on to test.
Another thing. I doubt you really need to test the Long shot SA on the bow so you can take those 20 diplomas and get yourself like 40k R-shots. which will save you at the current rate... 5,560,00. So it basically pays for the testing of the second bow. xD I might even do it now that i've thought about it. lol

Already got my "normal-non-event" immortal set, just gonna get 1 weap from first mentee certificate, and get another certificate for a bow, since i'm a tanker :p and also, tons of R-grade shots, since they have 0 weight and that is awesome

I have darkelf yul, damage up bow, no mind eyes...i do not reach 400 crit on iss buffs.
that way I am looking forward to have by someday enough adena to make me a dual sa with damage up+focus

Any chance you could give us the exact number? and whether or not you are using Assasin or the other requiem armor? Probably using the other if you went Damage up but figured i'd ask.
And good luck with the dual SA thing... If I sold every armor set, weapon, ele stone, ele crys, LS and everything. I'm 100% sure I wouldn't have enough money to put a dual SA on an blessed apocolypse bow. That's assuming I had the money for a blessed apocolypse bow lol.
