....here's a thought, considering it is the weekend and such. Maybe there are certain people login in 10/15 accounts to hinder enemy clans for sieges or oly, or whatever it is. I mean if 10 people did this, that's like 150 less slots which could be taken by enemy clan members, of course this would be after all of your clan is in for siege... but it's just a theory.
Karma's a B because I said I had no login problems last week and now I've been sitting here on psn home and trying to login every few minutes for about an hour and a half.
All in all I think it would still be best to have another server or two, BUT I also know it/they will be FLOODED with bots as soon as they open. Which will just recreate the same problems elsewhere... really this all just comes down to bots and multiple accounts logging in. Maybe there should a limit to two accounts per mac address, it might not stop all, but it will hinder most with 4/5 accounts with shops open 24/7. So you can still run around with your buffer, or have a shop open in town.. but not sit there bloating up the server.
Albeit the simplist way to fix it would be to make it so only one instance of the game can be open on a computer at once, but the outrage that would cause.... and there would also be 3rd party software to open multiple anyways, but at the same time that would be a bannable offense, BUT at the same time there are so many bots around no one seems to care about getting banned.
I think this game is stuck in one big giant loophole of "what do I do?"
The worst part isnt just the bots, but the players also.
I created one character named BOTreapper to kill bots at windmill.
You think other players give a dam!? No one cares not even players, and because my BOTreapper was RED named they just killed it over and over. Its impossible to kill the bots because the "real" players kill the guy that kill bots.
GM´s SHOULD PERMA BAN BY IP, hopefully it would ban the main count of the botter.
GM´s should disable character creation in Naia for 30 days.

Could that really be the case though? Even if 10 people logged in 150 accounts, that's still a drop in the bucket to the what the server can support. You'd almost think they'd end up bogging down their own Internet connections because of all the running clients.
Still, I can't really discredit that. I noticed all the idle level 1s in TI also and couldn't come up with my own theory.
NC needs to find out which IP addresses are running all these characters, because there will be IP addresses with a bunch of accounts on it - and chances are, the "real" account of the player will be on the same IP. Ban their account, problem solved.
all time i see full pt bot, c mon admin what u need?
if i post screen of lot bots here u go ban my account, and ban bots in game nothing, i am correct?Your suggestion would do absolutely nothing as your mac address is stripped out of the packets at your router. Try to block based on MAC and you could block a whole section of a city if the ISP is running a NAT setup. The bots that abused the last event didn't use the client either so there's no real solution for blocking them other then making game guard work or to have GM patrols.
The sad part is that some people abuse multi-boxing privilege. I for one don't feel I need to be punished for having 3 accounts that I paid for since beta or a few chronicles after. Why should veteran players like me be punished? Maybe there ought to be a fee implemented for privy servers with the benefits of login and boxing accounts. I'd be for it. How populated the server..well who knows

correct. Even though the game is free I still didn't make a billion more accounts for the event. I play my usual 3 and that was it.Full disclosure. I played a SPS waaay back in the day so I have two buff accounts.
