Yeah... this is REALLY f#$*'n fail... I don't cuss on forums but **** this! Ok, i'm calm again :cool:. The past two days i've been go go go. Woke up today with extreme go get it attitude, here it is 5 hours later, many attempts to log in and nothing but the result of (up above). Tbh... all that positive mojo that was flowing through me "Gone" I really don't even feel like logging in and playing today now, but know i will still attempt to ever so often because i have nothing else to do for today. Face palm* fml :rolleyes:

Well... aside from my other post in another thread... the GMs could be a bit more proactive. What if we had one gm per server sit in the starting zone, banning bots as they come in? I know, I know... not everyone's a bot, but someone with a name like 5guj39 and 2jgin5na are pretty effin obvious. I am 99% sure if they did this, as well as have another gm sweep the map for rmt spammers. Come a weeks time, servers may not be heavy and there would/should/could be another 1000 slots, which could/should solve the login issues.
All we need... a proactive GM per server sitting on starting spawn banning bots as they come in, and if they ban someone who isn't a bot, oh well, a casualty of war. Maybe next time they won't name there character gr33kg7un3a9 or something like that. They can always petition or send in a notice of wrongful banning as well. Well... if petitions are actually up.
Hmm... I keep reading welcome to f2p. Well, the problem I find reading that and creates me= :confused: is that I know I have personally played at least 30 f2p mmorpg's and not a single one I can recall doesn't or hasn't allowed me to log in to play the character i have spent my time on. I do not and am not in any way bashing on anyone saying that. I know this game rocks, and it has been around for a while and that ALOT of people have wanted to get their hands on it but couldn't due to p2p. I p2p this on release and fell in love with it. Coming back after years I found the 1-40 was just amazing in story/quest as compared to earlier with no real set base on story. Thumbs up to that ncsoft. My point... you shouldn't be sporting a game that's been around for at least a decade and by FAR dead and have these kinds of issues (not being able to log in upon early bird chirping at your window) 5 yellow jackets later, 2 pots of coffee, and callus fingers even a guitar player would:eek:. Get my drift? And yes I know this has been addressed times again i'm sure, but I just came back so I just wanted to vent this out so at least I can sleep with knowing I did say something about it. :p For those who ARE playing... GRRRRR haha, but have fun and get the ***** out so some of us others can get at it!!
And this is why I'm glad I transferred to Magmeld. Not even on a TW/siege weekend have I EVER had problem logging in. I don't think that many players actually applied for a transfer,but there is one more week to apply so we'll see,but I doubt that's going to help Chronos any.

I think another part of the problem.. as people have stated, some people just NEVER log out. I've seen the same elf sittin in front of the shutt captain for kama for 2 days now, hasn't moved an inch. Shops are something else, they're selling or buying and doing something constructive, arguably.
Also, two per mac address would work for the masses, not that many people would be able to handle the work arounds for it. Most pc users don't even know how to optimize their computers without using some program to do it for them, even then even more of them don't even know they can do it.
mac is only 1 per pc or if possible u use one other hardware, no is bad is exact.

mac = noYour computer's MAC doesn't go outside of your network. Hell if you blocked based on MAC you'd block whole sections of cities thanks to NATs.
MACs are commonly spoofed in home networks for various reasons.
