This should be a no brainer for for you guys. If people cant log in they will not buy stuff from the NCoin store, and there will be NO PROFIT.
Right now the game is filled with non paying bots, that never have any intention of using the NCoin store. And they are not only blocking paying customers from logging in, their adena business is also giving players less incentive to use the NCoin store.
The bots are in fact in direct competition with NCoin, but you seem to fail to understand that. You are losing a huge amount of income to them.
Seriously, you need to start killing off your in game competition. It should be your no 1 priority right now to get rid of income stealers, and to free up the servers for income providing customers. Talk to whoever is the boss and make it happen, or L2 will be floating dead in the water again in a few months.
Realise that this is your job, your salory and your future too.
Imagine purchasing a car at a dealership and having to enter a code to unlock the door of your new car...most of the time it doesnt work....but sometimes it does...I dont think this dealership would last very long.
Well paying for this game for 6+ years...let's see. $15 a month approx. multiple that by 7 years (84 months) equals $1260 dollars. Hmmm I saw a Ford Fiesta the other day for $1000.00 :)

Unfortunately now that this game is free to play...we really dont have a pot to piss in lol. This is the most frustrating part to me. As a paying customer I have just cause to lodge complaints but since its free we really dont have much of a say anymore. This limits our ability to send a message...like account canceling etc. About the only way to send a message to this company would be to boycott the ingame store...unfortunately you could never organize enough cooperation to make an impact.
Why isn't everyone transferring to Magmeld?
Do you think magmeld is infinite? it only has 1500 more slots to be as full as Naia and the others, that transfer was made to slow down the inevitable, it didn't fix anything.
Character creation on Naia, chronos and shilen has to be closed ASAP and more serverS need to be created.

The real problem is that most people can only PLAY during PEAK hours, meaning the weekends and if they cannot play they natually get upset. Telling people to "just come play during non-peak" hours is the noob way of trying to sound intelligent.

the fact remaines that if someone is *****ing 24/7 about everything in the game then the admins/mods/gms arent going to say anything because they know no matter what your gonna ***** about it. case and point when they adressed the ss lag you *****ed about how long the maint. was taking, when they adressed the loss of runes exp time etc. you ***** about how the event was lame and a cheat even though they didnt have to do ****, when they adressed the RMT's you ***** about how it wasnt good enough.....i could go on for days on how NCWest went about fixxing things but you still contiuned to ***** so why should they respond when its never gonna be good enough

As for NCSoft doing things, they take too long and do hardly anything about the real issues so why should player say "thank you" for anything?
NC caused these issues themselves by not planning properly and do not even have the decency to reply to their players when they point out the obvious problems; 90% of which they just ignore and either issue an infraction or delete the post.
You comment about them doing something about the RMT issues.. what exactly did they do besides put a message on the chat box when you log in? Adena sellers are still in town shouting, bots are still running around gathering adena to sell to players.. what exactly are all these wonderful things NC has done for us you talk about?
Peeps here are justing trying to voice their opinions..not write some formal paper for college/business. As long as we understand them whats the problem? Chill out. I think its good we are voicing our concerns...the sheer volume of frustration has to be seen by the devs and I am sure it will result in action at some point. So keep up the faith!
I mostly play at non-peak hours, but this weekend seems to have been especially bad on Chronos. Even at times when I can normally log in I was having trouble. I blame all the Euros, cuz it was during early morning US hours, so it had to have been all the Euros. :P
Everyone's saying they should stop account creation on Naia and Chronos - I think they should go even farther than that and force-transfer any account that doesn't have at least a level 40 or that was just made in the last month or two. It's stupid that long-term customers can't log in because a bunch of brand new people are on the server trying to figure out how to get a pet.
And they definitely should have a log-in queue. At least that way people would know that they'd eventually be let in - without having to sit at their screen typing their password in a billion times.
(most of the people on any server had 2 or 3rd accounts also. Some other got even more. BD-SWS-WC-TITAN-HEALER-RECHARGER-+++_+++_++ etc etc etc...just got a shock watching this number LOL)

Over 7 years with 4 accts, hmmm thats roughly $6000.00 USD, Now lets see, The tersi event was messed up (but the shots were working), then they try and fix the Tersi issue and wham, shots no longer worked. They got the shots fixed and wham, here come the Rune xp Bug ( then try compensating us with an insulting (1) rune pack of 50% when some ppl paid for more than 1), They didnt do a PTS ( to fix any bugs found prior to GoDs release), they allowed accts to be made on an alrdy overpopulated server aka Chronos ( knowing **** good and well ppl would be coming back to game now that it was F2P and they could have been the mentees), they make a mentee systen where the mentor has to be logged in to benefit the mentee ( clogging up the server), they made STUPID events where ya have to be logged in to 24/7 in order to benefit...again ( clogging up ther server), the pvp/pk system got screwed, the sharing of Vitality across your entire acct got screwed,the mandatory PMB download and i could go on and on and on ( as you all very well know from the posts i read)...BUT.....heres the real kick in the *** ( remember this is coming from a 7 year veteran of Erica/Sayha/Chronos { dont let my L2 forum date fool ya} )...they have the frigging audacity to allow the votes to change the time zone setting to accomodate the Euro players ( who just jumped on the F2P bandwagon) instead of making a new server for them and SCREWING US LONG TIME, PAYING U.S. CITIZENS. I dont now about you guys.....but....i have NOT seen 1 thing they have done right with this GoD update and due to it.....I WILL NOT SUPPORT THE NCSTORE. Oh and lets not forget we have an upcoming Update coming in spring 2012 called Tauti....WTF is wrong with these ppl...they coming out with an update and they havent even fixed the last one ( GoD ). Ill tell ya what, when i do finally get so frustrated with this game that i quit....I WILL NEVER SUPPORT ANOTHER NC SOFT GAME AGAIN....how bout you guys/girls?....Nuff said!!!

They know this more than anybody. It's funny because they know exactly what needs to be done, the template has been set by Blizzard for success, but nobody seems to be interested to follow.
