feoh wizard stances

the stances affect the attributes damage? or only changes the animation and skill effect? if i have fire attribute attack and i attack with the fire stance i do more damage? because when i attack a monster with earth weakness for example i do the same damage with earth stance and with the other stances.

Awakened mobs have 280+ element resist, so unless you up the element on your weapon, you will not see a difference.
