Twilight Belt

Hi, i am trying to put R grade ornaments onto my Twilight belt.

But which npc is the one that im suppose to talk to ?

TYVM

got no luck from the weavers and ishuma and black mammons....

There is one in rune and one in aden.

Thank you.

You know what, turn out it's really stupid ....

U gotta choose "Buy a belt" option even tho u r not really "buying a new Belt"...

i clicked it before and thought that " i already got a belt, i dont need a new belt"

this is why i missed it.

So anyways, hope this will be a good thread for ppl who's looking for the same thing that i did.

Thank you again.
