I make this post for 2 reasons, 1st to explain some problem with Mentor system
2nd, to ask some questions and add propositions.
What's wrong with mentoring system :
For mentee : If mentor log off you suddently loose all of your mentor buff, why don't we can have for at least 1 min Mentor buff, if my mentor have a CE during a big raid it can be deadly for all my group.
For mentor: Mentor have a 7days penalty if the mentee leave, so the problem is :I'm a mentee 85 named, for example, Phantomstealth, i'm pretty a b4stard and i look for a 24/7 mentor.
If my mentor log off for 1 hour, Boom i leave him and i take another.
Mentor, like Mentee, are not piece of ****...
Why don't think about the same penalty system as clan works ?
I leave ? i have penalty, i've been kicked by Mentor, he have penalty.
My questions ?
Does some1 have informations about these kind of problem for the future ?
Have a nice day
( sorry for my english, it's my tonguelanguage)

good post
maybe destructor can give us some infos.
because the mentor takes all the penalty even after you graduate the mentor gets a 5 day penalty. The mentee takes no risk when leaving a mentor or if they kicked. This is why people have taken up charging for a mentor spot. I'm starting to feel the same way myself
