Sooo, took too long leveling my 66 BD and my free website armor has vanished on me :( What's the best option for a new armor set? spending as little adena as possible
Level another character up to 60 and claim the reward?
but if your just level 66 after a month it may be better to just buy A grade gear.
If you need more adena just level a bunch of characters up to 24-25 when you get the top D weapon given to you, sell and you should have about 1.5M adena ... repeat (only takes maybe a hour per character) a few times and you will easily have enough to purchase a full set of armour and a weapon.
