I see my server starting to get swarmed with +7 and above blessed apocalypse weapon, it's sad to see how many players have that due to just paying real life money, its literally not dependent on how you play anymore, if you can throw down a decent amount of money, your character instantly becomes unbeatable, I know its always been like that before, but not to the point where you can buy enchanted weapons whenever you want, it will only get worse in the future..

Except for the fact that there are people that are 1. Unlucky, and 2. Unable to buy Destiny Packs.
So the field for these people is much larger now because everyone now has to compete with RNG and people able to spend enough to mitigate it.

You should check how much patk/matk +7 blessed apo or +15 blessed apo weapons have.
Then look at the stats of R95/R99 weapons even if they are +4 and tell again.
Also it will take a rly long time for the casual/medium players to get to 95 or 99.
+15 Blessed Apo Weapons are still better then +4 R99 normal/bound weapons and they're even better then the Hero weapons patt/matt wise..
also go check the cost involved in adding a 2nd SA on R95/R99 weapons and compare it with the cost for Apocalypse..
Apo = 1,3bil, R95 = 4+bil and R99 you just don't want to know..
still I honestly doubt there will be many of these kind of weapons around as it will take anything between 30~45 DEWR to make a weapon +15 aka 1~2K USD.. sure for a handful it will be worth it but those are the exceptions.

Isnt there a 2 in 3 chance of enchanting after +3. which means you need 12 successful enchants at 2 in 3. which equates to an average of 18 enchant scrolls. which at $45 dollars per scroll is $810 total.
Anyone who can afford to enchant a R grade up to 15 can probably afford to do it again for R95 and R99. the hard part will be getting the weapons in game.

No racism intended whatsoever... And how come is my fault that some were born in a 3rd world country in the middle of Europe? I was not referring to me, i can afford to play with..umm lets say exp runes weekly.... i was referring to many others who cannot... Think out of the box... many kids without jobs.. and/or many from poor countries like Vietnam/Argentina/Brazil/Romania/Lithuania/Etc play this game, and they can not afford the luxury of that. So after all it was turned into a "pay 2 win" game...

you guys can check +15 weapon counts on your server with museum stats. I made a post somewhere about where they were on Chronos a week or 2 ago.
-there are at least 2 new +15 R weapons since February 1st
-there are at least 4 +15 R weapons on Chronos
-there are at least 29 +10 or greater R weapons on Chronos
-41 +9
-54 +8

I don't know what racism you guys talk about. Lineage 2 is not an exception from the basic corporative commercial basis which is a:
Free to use product with accesories you buy to get your free product better. This is a basis that exist from a long time. It's the same with almsot everything in the internet and the real life also. You want spyware removal for free, sure but to be better you can pay for a antivir add on for just a dollar. Same goes with mountain bikes - you buy one for 1k dollars, ok no prob but you need better parts to make the real downhill ok spend some 200-500 $ for more and better parts.
So the game is fair as it is now /according to market when talking about gameplay and game design lineage 2 is one huge *****/ You have a free game and if you want + 15 weapon you spent some dollars in NC store. I think its better this way than give away 15 or 30 $ a week /not counting the CDkey /game account / that alot of MMOS require you to pay for .The old republic acc starts from 49 $ / for having the equal "luck" with other players to enchant weapons.
So, yeah i rather give some dollars in store than spent monthly taxes for years just to have random luck.

they obviously did think about what they were putting in the store... they put in items to attract players to spend money on worthwhile items. people arent going to spend much on 7 day hats w/ worthless skills or color titles. they have to sell items that can actually help your toon get stronger or people will not continue to pay for the game, then the game will die, then all the free players wont have anything to do. (i assume your a free player because you dont understand this game needs to make $ to keep going and because apparently assuming is the thing to do)
free players do have a place in this game. they keep the servers full and attract player to game (since people dont want to come to a game w/ very few players) but you can have 1000s of free players and if there isnt enough people spending $ you wont have a game. NC has to put items like this in the store to attract players to spend $. if free players think it is unfair that is fine, since they have no $ invested in monthly subscription they are free to go find a different game that they feel better fits thier economic position.
as far as players from countries w/ lower avg. incomes go, you need to remember your playing on servers based out of the US and thus the fees will be based on the avg. $ a US player can reasonably afford wich may be more than is reasonable in your country. is it fair to you ? not really, but this is the nature of the beast playing on a US server.

If i had a lot of money i wouldn't buy a +15 R weapon, i'd save the DEWR in my WH for my blessed R99 weapon... how many people do you think are doing this???
And as someone smarter than me said, We are NOT seeing the last sell of the DEWR at the end of this week, so yes there are high chances they will be back
