Where is the scam exactly ?
Man you have to prove that he is not doing what he promise. Sorry but this screenshot don't prove anything... Only that he is selling Wooden Arrow very expensive.

Some tips for the next time:
1) Screenshot with him talking that he will buff anyone who buy this Wooden Arrow(whisper, all or anything type o chat)
2) Screenshot with him denying to buff, could be by not accepting the party to buff after the whisper/chat that he promise to buff who bought the Wooden Arrow (whisper, all or anything type o chat).
3) Never edit the screenshot that will be used as prove of scammer people!

ppl buy, iss afk. So no buffs.

I don't like paying someone for iss buffs, so i made my own iss :). You guys should do the same :)
"Man you have to prove that he is not doing what he promise. Sorry but this screenshot don't prove anything... Only that he is selling Wooden Arrow very expensive."

>well, if he is selling a very expensive Wooden Arrow then the name of his shop wood be "Selling Very Expensive Wooden Arrows" or some sort. BUT the title is Selling ISS buffs for 40k. And the quantity of the arrow he is selling is dubious for an ISS buff transaction; imagine he's selling a 1,900 arrows?

>about the screenshot not proving that it was a scam, well, when i see him again i will buy something though i know it is a scam just to prove it. 'kay?

>sorry about the photo's being edited but it is not edited, i "Snipped" the photo using a Snipping Tool. so it was cut like that.

Don't worry 'cause i'll post the more "convincing photos".

Thanks!
Scammers are the worse type of player. L2 has always attracted these losers for some reason.
So, it's been 3 days since I posted this thread, that I've been looking for our featured ISS scammer which is corte5 but apparently he is nowhere to be found near the church of Aden. Well it's a good thing i guess.
It's not a scam, if you knew what happens after you buy one of the arrows, he invites you to the party and gives you buffs, its the same with the other 30 ISS enchanters doing the same exact thing.

Congrats on a post that shows how people make a profit for ISS buffs.
You can only say that because you aren't there when this happened. I won't say it is a scam if it isn't I saw 3 players bought the arrows then what? nothing happened, no invites not even a hint of the player being there.

I know what's a scam from a legitimate deal.

And what do you think happened? I saw the player selling ISS buffs and automatical say "nah it's a scam, better post it". NO! I observed what happened, I saw people buying and not getting anything.
I wonder how they know when someone's bought their buffs. I'd imagine they'd have to be at their keyboards 24/7, because otherwise that might mean some sort kind of program or script is giving out the buffs. And no one would do that right?
Well, since I can't find corte5, I manage to find another one. So our featured ISS Scammer of the week is...

So, the detailed transaction comes up next. I doodled my name for privacy, that's about it.
