There's a menu where you choose the time you want to maintain the item in AH. Scroll down that menu and something with (Voucher) written should appear.
The Auction House Fee Voucher is working. After you put the price, you need to change the duration to 7 day (fee waived), which will use the fee voucher in your inventory.
