Are you guys pretty sure that a + 10 weapon and armor grantz you the win in pvp. I want to point out one Territory War and Siege that i saw last week in chronos.
Guess who took Heine Castle... and to be more specific, why?
I didnt saw any ubber enchanted weapons there. Didnt saw any R 99 players either. Just a swarm of clans that overwhelmd 2 good equiped clans defending /or didnt even noticed if they were high-lvl or good equiped/ i just saw a 10 to 1 battle and the more wins... And lag... tons of lag. I couldnt clearly see what is happening. I dont know those guys down there on the siege field how managed to find their way in all that mess. So in the lag, the chaos, the overwhelming enemie that targets you and you got zounds of nukes and arrows in the knee. Is rly the +10 weapon winning you anything,
I think l2 is more like a history lesson. The zerg wins.

Maybe because those who have +7 or more weapons (and always want to join the winning side) tend to gravitate towards joining the big zerg clans. So it becomes a zerg with +7 or hgher weapons.
