dear NC Soft,
i want the money of my last credit card payment for my 3 accounts back! i agreed that u can book the payment every 6 months from my credit card and i really enjoyed that u took my last 6 months payment right before the game becomes truly free... and right after it became truly free i can hardly log in. i dont have the patience to log in 50 times in a row just to enter the game, so in fact i cant play anymore. fine, i have to live with it, cause since the game is truly free i cant even say: "hey NC i paid to get access to the game, so gimme access"
lets come to the interesting part:
NC Soft had my agreement to book my 6 month payment for my 4 accounts from my credit card. i agreed with that, but i never agreed that NC Soft is allowed to book my money from my credit card to exchange it for NC Coins! this is an illegal violation of my costumer agreement!
i told my bank to book back the payment for one of my accounts (1 out of 4) because of the great idea of security changes i didnt have access to that account anyways (so i couldnt delete my credit card information on that account, since i couldnt log into the master accoutn anymore)...and BANG!!!! one account banned, but sadly not the one i dont have access to anymore, but my wife's main account. nice stuff! i petitioned it and got a VERY FUNNY answer! after NC looked into my issue they had to tell me that i am not qualified to get unbanned because i wasnt banned for botting but for another reason and only ppl who are banned for botting before some date are qualified to get unbanned!!!
seriously, i thought that GM was drunk and tried to make jokes but he wasnt (not sure about drunk, but sure about the joke).
so dear NC soft, i ask u again to contact me and give me back my money for the 3 accounts that got their 6 months payment changed for NC Coins, as i already stated, u NEVER EVER had my persmission to take my money for anything besides for the payment of playtime.
its really funny, that i had to fill out like 8 papers to get a **** clanhall and i had to sign this and that and whatnot, to really make sure that u dont break any laws in any creepy country, but when it comes to a SERIOUS thing, like credit card payment agreements u fail to see that your behavior is illegal!!!
p.s. have fun to ban that forum account!
