wrong. Game is f2p, but they have an EULA... which deny a lot of things. Why do they have laws? only for stupid players to follow them?
They should delete everything from EULA, then we all will stop complaining. I never used 3rd party software in a game, because i consider it lame... but here is hell... most of player use... and they have huge advantage...
I play several other f2p MMO's. NONE have the log in issues that L2 has now. Cheaters will be everywhere. The game maker needs to deal with them or risk making the real customer base quit.
I didn't realize that asking to be able to log in to the game was considered being demanding. Sorry, my bad.

To the subject matter, the game is not a charity it is a business and people pay for products to use in it. If people can't log in and there are bot problems it's fair that they complain otherwise the company wouldn't know and the game would be dead before you know it.
As a games developer myself I'd be pretty annoyed if people didn't point out problems and my game just died. At the end of the day sitting in a bar or cafe is 'free' you just pay for drinks, people will still expect good service or in this case a useable service.

The game died once, when they had only 2 servers left, and they were "Light" even on weekends.
Epic jewels prices were so low, cause there was nobody to buy them.
(Iirc Freya necklace was sold for 50m)
They repeat themselves, and they seem that they have no will at all to do something with the current problems that a player faces.
