2nd i blocked my char.........
3rd..... i didn't remember verification answers.........
now even my account on site is blocked from my location is there something i can do????

i try to contact support but i dont know if actually some one will answer because the way you must write your prob is really most complicated than the problem itsself ...............

Well posting here ain't gonna help. They have a phone number somewhere but the bottom line is you're gonna need to talk to them; either on the phone or email.

i submited whats the average time of answering in this they answer via email corect? isn't there any phone number will be much easier :D

From my own experiences the average time of waiting for answer on submited ticket is 4 - 7 days :D (if i dont count the type of answer bout your ticket being escalated, that comes usually within few hours or never)

Ticket response times have greatly improved in the past weeks and you should receive a response within 1 day.

Not happening, got 2 tickets pending, one for 3 days already (bout broken tank debuff) and one for 1,5 day (thisone doesnt matter much, just complain bout 3days ban for misstyping bad language in white chat, talked to const pt member ... :D )

Well of course they are taking their time with your "tickets" they are a waste of time and not for any real issues, they will help those with real issues not take time to answer nonissues

so i will answer here i will make a post...
cause of my low iq i coulsnt figure out how to use tickets etc........

i solved my prob in 1,5 hour .....

Every case is different, and different support topics may have different time frames on when a solution and response can be given. You should at least get an initial response within 24 hours. If you like, PM me your ticket numbers and I can check on their status.

I got stuck in some rocks fantasy island, soe/pr/summon didn't work, took exactly 12 minutes from me submitting a ticket to them tping me to Aden.

How long it takes them to deal with you depends on how complicated your problem is and who has the priviliges to deal with your problem.

after GOD launch,when was a mess-up with the tickets from all the new-comers,i had a response
