I just noticed my mails i have a sended mail to Cacciatore with tittle "Items" with a 14 day Validity and i never sended this mail cuz i have been offline from the mornign when i had my itiems

You will get bound items and nothing else, all the adena is gone, anything in your warehouse, gone, when you get "recovered" you will have to borrow money to buy SS, and use the GK.

You won't get your items or adena back, best you will get is bound items becausae they do not track where your items went.
As for being hacked there are numerous ways people can gain your login information, the most common are keyloggers. Other ways are sharing information with friends of clan members, or buy adena and/or power leveling services.
Sucks that you got hacked, but you won't see much in the way of compensation from NC. They will reset your account info so you can log in and do it over again but that is about all.
In the 7+ years I have been playing here not once have I had any of my 5 accounts hacked. I just do not trust any players words that "I did not do anything, I am innocent" excuses. If players think somebody hacked NC's database then why are only a few people hacked and not everybody; or just the ones with uber items and adena?

The sad truth about this is you didn't lose your items at all, you lost stuff that belongs to NCSoft and they don't value your stuff as highly as you do. You can look at it another way, if you got all those items you can do it again and maybe spend some cash while you rebuild.
Life in L2 is full of hard knocks and no one cares if you find yourself rocking back in forth crying on the shower floor.

Staff has no interest in taking players stuff since they can pretty much give themselves whatever they want if they choose to. As for removing your augment they probably cleaned your reputation before removing the augment. Professionals could do that quickly with the aid of other characters, similiar to power leveling I suppose.
Sad truth if your items are gone forever, and since your contacted them in all caps (and that means yelling) they probably just deleted it as they probably do not even bother with people who contact them in all caps.
Check your E-Mail. You might have received an E-Mail from NCSoft stating you were found in violation of EULA and have a course of action that would explain your missing items. If that is the case, the case is closed. sorry

Your account requires you to set a PIN only when you login the first time after maintenance. That Cacciatore hadn't had to bypass your PIN simply because you hadn't set one before Cacciatore hacked you.

Seems like this Cacciatore guy had your pass for a while and with the new pin system he thought that it's time to scam both of you now cause it will not be possible later. I may suggest you to scan your system for keyloggers or maybe your common friends if you have ever shared your password.
PS I don't care for replies like "I never shared my password with anyone" so save your breath. The support can check IP addresses and see if you did shared your pass.

One of the accounts is pretty much empty and has a really easy password and it hasn't even been hacked.

Ye, that is the sad truth. However, i got completely stripped when i played AION...and guess what? I got every little item back, weird ist it since we are talking about 2 diff games but the same company that "owns" them...>.<
I find it curious that both of these "hacked" people with forum creation dates of less than 4 months already had Freya Necklaces, and top gear. Then both had the same misdirection of 'Cacciatore'.

Perhaps, but in my 20 years of server experience at least 90% of it is user related, generally common sense stuff that many people have no clue about. Not having a good antivirus program, downloading program that claim to give you in game advantages as well as using wireless access in well populated areas.
The biggest thing people never seem to do is actually log out of the forums and/or website account system, they simply close the browser.
No server is 100% protected and have security holes, I don't care how good their security is or how hard they work to keep it safe; there are always people out there who are smarter than the ones creating this security.
Why is it that I have used the Path to Awakening a lot, and in the 7+ years I have been playing L2 not once have I had any of my 5 accounts hacked. I have six level 85+ toons and more S and R gear than I can use as well as about 3 billion adena if I total it all up.

What did the gm's do?
they gave me replacement gear.. for my character class and level which basically amounts to Not even close to what I had.
they don't replace your stuff, they don't track down these players, they do nothing. It is poor, very poor. Is it laziness? probably, But i also wouldnt doubt that it is because of Lineage's archaic system that they cannot restore things. So to be blunt.. you have 2 choices. Quit or start over.
Honestly I'd say just play a different game, and be happy with life.
*UPDATE* To protect against hacks and enhance account security, game passwords of some players have been reset. If you have logged into the game since we changed to Truly Free on November 23, 2011, your password has not been changed. If you have not logged in since before November 23, 2011, your password has been reset, and you must login to your NCsoft Master Account to update your password. Due to security reasons it was not possible to announce this change before the maintenance had occurred.
