+9 str -3 dex yul archer worth it? (human)

So I want to use 3 legendary dyes level 1 which means +9 str and -3 dex as a human yul archer, worth it? and what about +10 str -4 dex?

O.o the tattoo system didn't change that much from before did it?.. you only have 3 slots so you can only have 3 symbols... aren't legendary level 1s +3-1? in which case you would need 30 of them in order to have +9str -3 dex... and then you wouldn't be able to have any more tats... so I figure there are much better uses for 3 tattoo slots.

There is a +5 limit and you cant get more that +5 for each base stat (CON/DEX/STR)
I didnt see any notes about this limit was removed.
If you use 3 tats +3str -1dex you will get a +5str -3dex

my mistake, i found info in patch notes, was +15 and now is max +18

Because "60kk now and 1-2bil later" differs from "1-2bil now".
