Enchant/SA/Augment/Element in what order?

I got an Bound Apoc Thrower. I know doing some things makes it so that you can't do another. Can I do all 4 to a bound weapon? In what order should I do it?

Try enchanting it to +4 or w/e. If it doesn't go poof, you then can put SA, augment and attribute.

augment is last, everything else do in whatever order suits you. Only difference is if you plan to oe in which case it's better to try to oe before spending money on element/sa

That was PVP bonus from Fame that prevents you from enhancing your weapon any further after it is applied.
