Dual Class Question

Lets say i have level 99 Human Fighter Dagger with Human Racial skills.

If i make one of my 3 subclasses -> a dual class ( Lets say a Dark Elf Wizard ) and level it to 85 will i get Dark Elf Racial skills for my dual class ? ( for the wizard )

My main class is Human, that obviously has human racial skills.

Will my dual-class have the other racial skill ?
Or if my dual-class is dark elf wizard it will get human racial skills ?

What about dwarfs ?
If i sub dwarf will i get dwarf racial skills ?

Can anyone confirm ?

Dual Class refers to having two awakened classes. Example: Othell Rogue and Feoh Wizard. What you are referring to is having dual races, which is not possible.
