Which server?

Hello everybody,
I just made an account for this game, and I already downloaded the game. So I logged in and it asked which server I wanted to play on. Of course I chose for Naia (GMT+1) because that is where I live. But the server seems to be full so I check the other servers and I could log on to those immediately. So I wanted to ask if there is any difference if I go on GMT+0 server. Will I have more lag? Or are there any disadvantages for me being at the wrong time zone server?
Thanks in advance!

Basic the only change is the Olympiad/siege times and that's all and ofc community so where are you from mostly you pick server.+1 where are you from?

Aha, I'm from The Netherlands. I have no idea if the dutch community is big in Lineage 2 but I think it would be okay too if i play on the GMT+0 server. I will be playing with English people then I guess. I won't mind that as long as i don't have to wait hours to log onto the gmt+1 server :s.

Any server is fine, but the newest server right now would be Bartz, when it is siege time or high peek time, it is hard to enter in Chronos, always full x_x dunno about the other servers. But really choosing the server is really just for the siege/oly/anything dependent on server time.

There is some Dutch community at chronos I have no clue for other servers maybe other guys know better.
Anyway gl and welcome

Thanks alot guys! And now Ima start leveling :D.

Chronos and Naia are the oldest servers while Bartz is the newest. As for you location it does not matter because all the servers are located in Dallas, TX (USA). The only differences are the timezones.
