So, i did just log on today, i were happy to see my mentor is online, i lvled up to 68, then i go to study for 3 hours, then i log on back, and my mentor kicked me out.
Without reasons.
Without saying nothing to me.
I told him what happened, i was demanding answers then he put me on his ignore list.
The contract i made with him was all about said, i told him that i play everyday 4 to 8 hours, he told me that he's online 24/7, i paid him 40 KK and then 10kk later, i lvled like crazy, i'm sure he got alot of Mentee coins from me.
Now, there's no punishment for this kind of people??

He barely got any coins from you. The number of coins levels get don't start to matter until lvl 77 and higher.
How long did it take you to get to 68 though? How long have you been a mentee? It could just be that you were wasting their mentee slot. Even without mentor buff it shouldn't take more than a few days to get to 68 4-8 hours a day. I hate to say it but he might actually have been more inconvenienced and frustrated about you. If it took you days to get to 68 they can safely assume that it would take a week or longer to get to 77 and then several weeks still to get to 85-86 if at all. Mentors want active players. Perhaps you weren't active enough?
As much as you value the 50m to the mentor it's worthless. All they want is mentee coins. The adena you give serves as nothing more than insurance. It makes sure you won't just randomly drop and stick mentor with the 7 day penalty. It also serves as a small consolation for the 7 day wait if they have to kick a mentee out for not leveling up fast enough. The 7 day penalty sucks and if a mentee is bad then after a few days they will be kicked with a few adena in the mentors pocket for the time wasted.
That aside staying logged in is very important. Most mentors don't stay logged in 24/7 unless they are mentoring and that is a pretty big commitment considering how you're have to leave the client open not to mention your computer turned on the entire time. If all of the mentees are logged out they also lose the 10% exp bonus which is pretty important at lvl 85+.
I'm going to guess that there is more to this. A mentor takes a 7 day penalty when he kicks or is kicked, so I'd be curious to know how long it took the OP to go from 40-68. On the other hand, it's also possible that he was scammed after paying.
You know, there's a mysterious thing called "real life". Is it that bad to the point to convince people to drop mentees?
Phrase it however you'd like but if you aren't dedicated enough to fulfill your end of the agreement in a timely manner then there are people more deserving than you that will serve as your replacement.
To the mentee it might be worth the 20-60m they put in but to the mentor their slots are worth [in my case 250m each since all I want are EW/ EA R and Element stones] in coins and if after a few days mentee shows signs progressing too slowly or not at all then the mentor has a very good reason to replace them. Some will reach 86 in 2-3 days but most will take around 2 weeks.
If a "real life" is your concern then you probably shouldn't be entering this kind of arrangement afterall and enter at your own risk.

I do get the 40kk from a sweet Legendary DYE of 5 STR 1 DEX and 25 Fire resistance on Tersi event, i keep it inside my inventory and sold it when i get back to playing (2 weeks of vacations).
I'm against buying gold from real money, plus i don't have dollars, it's not my local money.
If you think i'm stupid well maybe yes, believing on the players of this game makes you really stupid.
I don't want to get banned, i don't know what do you refer from that, you don't have any reasons to call me gold buyer.
