Ok this is getting really stupid. Today it took me an HOUR to log into the game and as SOON as I got buffed up and entered an instance I was dc from the servers again. I know people got dropped when Naia rebooted and the server was probably more full because it was down but I play on Chronos. 2 weeks ago I lost a rune of xp that I bought in the store b/c of server downtime, and what did i get? A ****** rune that wasn't even as good as the one I paid for..and everyone else got that one too, so what about me I bought one and didn't get anything out of it thx to the soulshot issue. When I was IN the game I see hundreds of people spamming trade in every town for their stupid adena websites and I'm thinking to myself. "How is it that this guy is allowed to take up a slot that I could be filling?", so I'm logging in over and over again and still can't get in, knowing the gm's don't give even 2 ***** enough to restart the server on the weekends so the people who want to actually PLAY can get in. I can't do TW, my mentees will not be getting my xp bonus, and my clan won't have their healer to play with today all because some guy's gotta have an alt in every town spamming a website I will NEVER use, and some other guy's got 12 bots running in ruins of agony that never get banned even tough people report his *** 16 times a day. What is the report bot button like a frigging sugar pill or WHAT? Petition system has been down every time I really tried to use it. It's about time you guys blocked these IP's and took a hard stance against them they are USING your game as a way to make money, and people who are returning are dropping like flies because they feel like again you are doing nothing for us so much as it seems you are doing for them. Or do they pay a toll to be allowed to stay? There has to be SOME reason they are all running rampant across every server and nothing is done about them, it's the same every weekend for weeks...the only thing that seemed to alieviate the problem last time is when a **** ton of us just QUIT and you had to merge all the servers together. Expect that to happen again if this crap continues, you're going to have more bots than players VERY soon. I wouldn't have ever paid for guild wars after the mess you guys made of lineage, and I LOVE this game but I can't keep trying to play it with the ****** way that it's being run. GG NcSoft, i'm on my way out the door again because of your company's failure to maintain a game that WOULD be fun if it wasn't run by morons with deep pockets and I will NEVER play another game that has NcSoft's name attached to it, I don't care if it's better than WoW and l2 put together..when your next big game comes out you should do yourselves and the rest of us a favor and SELL it to Blizzard.
Can I have your stuff? Oh wait, I don't play retail anymore. I bet NCSoft West employees have already left and there is only Sace left, impersonating other GMs just make it seem they are full or half staffed.
I predict in 6 months, the next update will be played by bots.

Take into consideration, why should the OP have to transfer? Whilst possibly loosing years of items built up, plus clan & friends all because NCWest are so messed up they FAIL to come up with a solution other than transfering to a "fresh" server whilst loosing everything?

so your saying your characters were under level 40? without the class change? uhhh? I guess im really stupid or something
If you have read you would have known that you couldn't transfer inventory and WH of the character :rolleyes:
NC Soft dont give a Rats *** about the people who put them on the MMO map to begin with ( The ppl who paid to play) all those years ( im one of em)....If NCSoft really really cared about us pay to play ppl. they would eliminate "ALL" of the "NEW" accounts made as of Nov 30th 2011 off of Chronos and Naia and transfer those accts as they have "ALOT" less to lose ( i for one have tons of gears and weapons and crap from over the years that i WOULDNT be able to transfer if i so chose to move)....I cant be with my clannies on siege day due to the "Log In Failure"......NCSOFT games IMO are "EPIC FAILS" ... look at Tabula Rasa...GONE!!!...Lineage 1...GONE!!!...Aion ( maybe not GONE but who the **** plays it anymore)...City of Heros/Villians ( i dont know anyone who plays them)....the only game NC ever produced ( Lineage2 ) that was worth a **** is now going down the toilet due to their lack of imagination and forethought and failure to listen to us and fix things properly. I for one wouldnt be surprised if this game failed before the end of this year ( 2012) and i certainly dont see myself playing it till the "End Game"...me and my clannies are alrdy thinking of pre-ordering T.E.R.A Online if NCSoft dont pull their heads out of their ***** and fix things and quick (TERA Online due to be released as of May 1st 2012)

10 + And i offer u other story : NCSOFT dont care about bot because for shure many of them r protected they bring real money nonoficial in they pokets !!! i say that because i made a toon whit name " ***CSOFT" in just 13 h they change my name and they send me a warrning !! So the prove they monitoring the game is true !! Create 1 toon whit this name and u see in max 10 h u r name change and in e-mail a letter from them whit a big warrning ...... many players think " it is a freee game " yes it is but NCSFOT dont give a ***** on us, in my opinion in u r opinion r other for 1 reason : they r enough ppl who they still buy from NCSOFT !!!!
