It's a new store item. It gives you 4x kill speed in Instances. It really helps when fighting that giant worm. I think it's called "Elmorean Tequila".

funny thing now... they arent killing mobs and getting lots of points!

They have Chuck Noris in team. Mobs give points voluntarily.

There's a random bug that occurs sometimes that causes the system to award points to a party even when they are not killing fast or killing at all. Happened to a party I was in early on in GOD.
