Its easy. You don't need to take some clanless awakened to hit other clan leaders while they engrave the leader. No, just spam mail them 100+ mails in a minute. The incoming mail animation x 100 will produce a critical error and clan leader(s) will drop.
This method was aleady used on Shilen Aden siege. Divine Clan leader was engraving 15 minutes before the siege was over, and got crited out due the mass email spam.

Besides, for some people, logging in their PIN number requires a d20 with a -5 modifier for 'a hard attempt'.

Standard mail can't cause critical error even if you send 100500 of them in 1 sec but mail with speacial "text" can cause crit error easy. We had this issue on Teon long time ago (friend chat was used instead of mail) but it was stopped coz if any clan can crit any CL (or whole clan) on siege - what is the point of game? Also all 3d software add protection from this "bug" so finally only legits can be affected this "bug".
Well I'm sure you can't spam 100 mail per second on someone legimately. So if you're saying you can do that, you should be banned immediately because physically that is impossible, you would need more than 50+ players to do that and the person you are doing it can easily use allblock.
As for the pin quizz thingy, just lol !
If some people don't see the reason behind the pin code addition nor have the memory to keep 6-8 numbers in their mind or simply write it down on a piece of paper should buy some memory enhacing pills to increase capacity of being able to learn and think why and also increasing their IQ.
