some days i was buying superior mastery codexes from shops in giran and i was mailing them to my alt...these mails doesn't exist now:/ not on me or my alt mailbox..also checked both our inventories and still they weren't there...and they were around 40 masteries:/ is this a bug or smth else is happening?
Did you check the Sent Mail section to see if you spelled the character names correctly? It migvht sound dumb, but there are several players with smiliar character names.
Mail cannot be lost, it is either sent to a character or the mail program says the player does not exist.
I think you sent it to another player thinking you sent it to an alt of yours.

Do you experience the new email animation on that alt?
Have you tried deleting some of the older emails?
I had a similar issue with a mail from a friend and while I was fearing I had lost the item in that mail, later I tried deleting a pair of older ones and the new email popped up.
