I had occasion to be in the Blazing Swamp yesterday and there seemed to be a lot of dead characters lying about. I was approched by a Red character amounted on horse and asked if I was a bot. I assume that if I didn't answer, I would get smoked. Kudos to DarkAngeL for cleaning house. It never dawned on me whenever I saw dead toons lying about an area for extended periods, the player was not actually in the game. It makes sense now.
The only time I really think of people not rezing fairly quickly is if they are waiting for a rez, or are farming fame. So if i kill someone that i think is a bot and i see their body stick around I don't really question their legitness till i see their body stick around for like 3+ hours lol. Though I really have no idea why they have the bots do nothing when they die... they can have so many things set up... they can set it to simply DC so when they are dead they don't run the risk of being detected or have the bit of them being dead on the ground for 5 hours or something lol. Or if they are in a spot they are gonna be a while just set up the bot to rez in town and then go back out there... Sure I would have no idea how to do that last one but i'm sure with enough time with the program someone could figure it out.

If they auto DCed then the bot master would have to go through what we go through, to log in when they come to screen and check their bots.

You should be warned that there are some botting systems that allow the users to program a consecutive lines of commands and actions, like a programming language itself, as well they can identify if they are dead and come back to the same spot and start botting again.
So if the player goes to village after dead, it doesn't necesarily means he is not a bot ;) Btw good job killing those bots.
Good job bot hunters! Can you include monastary of silence, wall of argus, hot springs and silent valley on you hunt. Been killing bots in those places with the DOT skills, don't have a high lvl red yet, going too slow.
It will be the future of L2, everyone having a red and pk bots, and players too if NCSoft keeps there ultra slow banning policy (not to say inexistent).

They have ALOT of bot in their clan i pk them all the time in Crypts of disgrace
Reminds me of the guy I talked to in Giran yesterday. He was spamming chat to buy 4 boss jewels. I pm'd as said it must be nice to have kind of adena. He said he as only been in game 2 weeks and already have 4 billion adena. He said he didnt ebay, I said right. He said he knows how to play the market to which I laughed at and said he was full of it. After a little more prodding he finally told me "I good at game it my job :)". Told him thanks for ruining the game for the rest of us.

Ya because making 4 billion adena in 3weeks is obviously so easy in L2. You are obviously part of the problem too. Coming to the forums and defending this trash. Troll somewhere else, or maybe it was you who I talked to IG (as you call it) trying to downplay the obvious cheating that goes on in this game.
But in the end it doesnt really matter, I am in a good clan, we have fun IG.

at lvl 60s nobody will wait for a rez cuz its 5 minutes to get the exp back.

Because he made that amount of adena using the methods that ruin the game for everyone else. Comprehend?
He was either running several adena farmer trains, or leveled a hundred of automated toons to 76, or made hundreds of lvl 1 toons to exploit the event.
And don't tell me he made that much just by "playing the market" or just by "being good at the game". Yes you can make 4 bil by playing the market when you already have 3 bil to start with. Which you are not supposed to have when you are a new player.
I'm pretty sure we'll have another whining "Why I got banned for just sitting afk in town???" thread as soon as the GMs find the time to investigate his account and all of his transactions.

oh no Dan...really.....the pk system isnt like it used to be ... now it is very hard to work off Negative reputation.....be careful...the more Pks ya get ...the more neg rep ya get....too many pks (31) and ya start dropping items and gears....yes i know it hard sometimes to ignore...but sometimes ya have to restrain ureself.....Trust me i know...im up to 14 pks now and when i have to "wash" karma ( remove it)...it takes me like 3 hours to work it all off at no xp gain....Restrain yourself my young padawaan lol :D

well due to the fact ya have to look over ure shoulder all the time...i believe it is harder at higher lvls cuz ya have to kill mobs same lvl as you ...and heres the worse part...going/being red on a comp that ya have to use lower detail is a disadvantage as ppl can see you (if they run in High detail) but you cant see then so just cuz ya think no one sees you ...dont make it true lol...just be careful...thats all im saying...if ya are gonna hit someone...make sure they are "flagged" 1st ( purple name)...a vp is much better then a pk anyday

85+ is 2-10 minutes deppending on lvl, group and location. But its way harder to remove the +1 on PK counter. That requires 500k fame for each PK point, which is pretty insane amount.
You gave them plenty of time to respond. Too much time imo. But the assjack that came into my room just started flagging on me with his awakened summoner skills and waited to see if the mobs would kill me as my CP/HP went down to zero from his poison and root skills. Of course it didn't so he logs on his perma red and starts with that. There are just stupid people who don't wait to confirm and then there was this other guy who did the same thing but stopped when he realized I wasn't a bot and apologized. We need more people who give a person a minute to respond, because some of us are not fast typers and less of those others that are just hide behind the word "botkiller" just to justify griefing.
