Xp rune and unable to log in due to full server

Lineage2 is F2P. So we have no right to complain regarding overfilled servers or crashed servers, unable to log in, you name it......

But...., I bought a very expensive xp rune (200%) which runs down in 7 days, no matter how long I'm actually able to play.

I think now I got a right to be served properly for my money.

There are several ways to do this. One is, let the time run only when actually using it. Or refund me, simple as that. Or make it so cheap, nobody would care to loose some hours of it due to lacking service on NCSoft's side.

So what do you guys say?

Well, you made my day.
NCSoft was selling a few little pixels. You bought a few little pixels for real life money. You got exactly what you paid for. Any ingame effect those pixels were supposed to make or have doesn't matter.
They could make it like this;

100% & 200% XP Rune time limited to X hours where time is consumed during online status. This will push people who purchase runes to use their time online by actually perfoming instead of afking all day and they will also log out.

I have more ideas regarding this, another idea is, instead of consuming itme during online, make it as following;

100% & 200% XP Rune time limited to X hours where time is consumed during actual xping/instance/raidboss/during combat/non peace locations. Of course this one should have lower time than the first one.

Another idea is;

100% & 200% XP Rune time limited to X hours for 1 week as it is now but with the only difference that when the X char is offline for more than 4/7 days of the week and has purchased a xp rune, he/she will be rewarded with a 2 day limited time xp rune where time will be consumed either online or offline. At least this way NCSoft will not hear more customers complaining about not being able to login and bla bla bla. Sounds logical and should make up for the 4 days lost in a week, IF one loses so much time.
