Until which lvl i can wear tallum heavy? Can i use it until R?

level 61, and you can use D grade to R if you want, as far as i know there is no resriction or penalty for using lower grade armour.

i used tallum heavy on my sword singer untill 85 and 50%, works great, was better than dynasty heavy of fortune, more p attack/attack speed.
