Title's Colour and chars name change

I see people with red , green and other coloured titles
How can i paint my title ?
some ppl i've asked told me from L2 Store but i can't find it.

Another thing
How about providing people the ability to change their name?
To obtain it with specific achievements in-game. quests or other stuff
Or make it buyable from L2 Store or galleria
1 name change opportunity at least
im sure many people would be interested

I think they took it out from the l2 store, but yeah it was in it.

The title color change item was a limited time item in the L2Store for 2 weeks and then removed.

Character name change is an Account Service you request via your Master Account, problem is the function is disabled and there is no word on when they will enable it again. I doubt you will ever see this feature in the L2Store since these are not private servers, it is one more thing for NC to make money.
