Character is gone and they will not recover it. If they could then they would simply replace all the items people lose when they get "hacked".
Hello have you played with you char with bot programm or other illegal Programm. This program can **** your account, and the other player do all your items to other char and delete your char.

some poeple use them(i don't so dont want to hear it) and know they dont contain any malware keyloggers and have very good pc security behind a firewall or two

You HAVE to have it and use it to "know" it's a clean program, so you are admitting to botting, be happy it was just a toon, the rules state perma ban for botting

Why you being so stupid? Understanding how a bot program works doesn't mean you do it. Matter of fact you just fall in your own contradiction since you certainly know if you bot you get hacked therefore you come here and try to teach everyone whatsup. Here's some news for you, it wasn't botting.

that doesnt make it less true that bot programs arent free of any keylogger/virus/whatever. there are players complaining that they got stripped the next day after they used these programs. maybe these were fake bot software but who knows and i personally dont care.

Open Launcher...
Ur client will be up...
Type ur password...
Click to Log in...
U wil notice there are many servers .. Choose the server u was playing and not any random server where u got no charachter and trust me u will have ur character on one of the servers.
