Quest npc in cuma tower entrance does not talk anymore!!!

Teleport NPCs were standing on the roof last night so you couldn't get to level 2 etc

He s in strike, sometimes speaks sometimes not.. Do the quest when you r sure that he s functioning, or better, sober :D
